You can also talk with a legal counsellor and ask her or him to create sample job termination letters for you. Your writing should be understandable to someone outside the business. You must document the company desires causing you to cut his job. The first step in to correct misbehavior is clear, concise communication to the employee. When the worker can think of himself or herself as being "laid off" as opposed to being abruptly "terminated," the employees negative feelings toward the manager do not linger and the performance of their remaining coworkers does not suffer.
